HR & Admin Manager

We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Professional to oversee all aspects of Human Resources & Administration, including HR Compliances, Policies, Practices and Processes and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Ideal candidate will a HR Professional with more than 3 years of experience of independently handling an HR department of a small sized organisation. The person should have good interpersonal skills, deep understanding of statutory compliances and is familiar with HRM challenges of a small organisation.

  • Develop & Lead performance appraisal process to assess and drive team performance

  • Support Finance in managing Payroll and benefits for employees

  • Ensure Statutory Compliances

  • Documentation & support for Audits

  • Manage travel logistics of the team

  • Maintain filing systems and maintain databases

  • Liaison with internal and external contacts to assist in organizing meetings, stakeholder consultations, and events

  • Vendor Management

  • Maintain office supplies and operate standard office equipment for the team

  • Support printing of communication material, reports etc

  • Any other activity that may be required from time to time


  • MBA from a premier B school mandatory 

  • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources

  • Strong recruiting experience and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

  • Strong organizational and communications skills

  • Attention to detail essential

  • Good skills with MS Office Softwares
