HARYANA STATE RURAL LIVELIHOOD MISSION
LDF signed an MoU with Haryana State Rural Livelihood Mission in October 2018, to work in 9 districts, 20 blocks, and 31 CLFs. The districts are as follows: Nuh, Hisar, Rohtak, Fatehabad, Bhiwani, Panchkula, Karnal, Jhajjar, and Kaithal. During this Phase I, the focus was given to the Institutional Building and Capacity Building. In Phase II, LDF has selected 7 districts out of the 9 in the first Phase. In these 7 districts, focus was laid on Livelihood and Income Enhancement for the rural women farmers. Phase II aimed at increasing the annual income of women farmers-turned-entrepreneurs to Rs. 72,000 annually.
LDF associates have worked closely with the community in bringing about sustained improvement in the incomes, livelihoods, well-being and have empowered the rural and underserved population.
